Abbeyfield Chief Executive, Paul Allen, announced today that the reorganisation of The Abbeyfield Society and Abbeyfield UK into a single Abbeyfield, governed by one Board, has been completed.
With approval secured from Abbeyfield’s regulator, the Tenant Services Authority (TSA), together with support from Abbeyfield federated societies across the UK, the transfer agreement was signed and the reorganisation was completed at midnight on 30th March 2009.
After being in post for just ten months, one of Paul’s main aims has been to create a united Abbeyfield movement with growth and development as the next priorities.
