Abbeyfield Ilkley Society has acquired land in Menston and has obtained planning permission to build a new extra care development comprising twenty-four 2 bedroomed flats – of which four will be sold.
Menston, a small town with a distinctive community spirit, is situated 15 minutes from Ilkley. The site is next door to the local railway station and bus terminal which will enable residents, staff and visitors to gain easy access to the development.
